This 90-minute webinar was recorded on September 26, 2012.

“Even Change is Changing!” will help us get a grip on the changes around us – and our responses to those changes. Change, of course, is inevitable. We have changes in automation systems, budget changes, technology changes, changes in work schedules, even our patrons change.

The strain of constant change is compounded by our tendency to deny, ignore, or resist change. And still...change happens.

We’ll not only discuss change and our response to it, we’ll also look at ways to handle the stress that sometimes comes when the changes are overwhelming – and let’s be honest, they can be overwhelming!

Don’t miss this opportunity to step back, gain a deeper understanding of your own reaction to change, and learn ways to lessen the impact of those changes!

Presented by: Linda Bruno

Linda has been developing and conducting training seminars for more than ten years. Certified with Development Dimensions International and Achieve Global, she also offers her own workshops on Customer Service, Supervisory Skills, Personalities, Organizational Skills, Effective Communication, Returning Balance to Your Life, and many other topics.
