Part 2: Feel Like You Need Eyes in the Back of Your Head? How to Read Your Employees Body Language to Help You Manage Them Better
Communication in the workplace is essential to managing your employees and helping them perform as individuals and work as a team. The words spoken by staff members are only part of the communication puzzle. Remember: Body language many times is a more accurate gauge of an employees feelings or intentions.
This interactive and informative webinar examines how managers can more effectively read both the body language cues and tells of employees and how to more effectively respond to what they are seeing.
In this webinar attendees will learn:
- The types of body language that you should and should not be paying attention to
- To investigate before responding (or reacting) to body language cues
- How to read the six universal facial expressions of body language
- How to focus on clusters of tells and cues and to avoid being misled by one or two behaviors
