Membership Description
Those persons qualified for regular membership shall include any person who has at any time qualified as a certified public accountant in any political subdivision of the United States, and has who also qualified at any time to practice as an attorney at law in any political subdivision of the United States. For this purpose, the term "qualified" shall mean is or has been licensed as a certified public accountant (“CPA”) and is or has been licensed as an attorney at law in any political subdivision of the United States. The Board of Directors shall have plenary power to determine whether a person is or has been qualified as a certified public accountant and/or as an attorney at law in any political subdivision of the United States.
