Developed by CMS, this is a manual specific to accessing and using the OBQI reports-the All Patients' Risk-adjusted and Descriptive Outcome Report, the Case-Mix Report, and the Patient Tally Reports. The Manual consists of two parts:

OBQI Manual. This is a 10-chapter manual that describes the OASIS-based reports that are available through the state OASIS system. This manual is written for HHA staff who wish to learn how to read and interpret the OBQI reports, and who wish to implement the outcome enhancement activities of OBQI in response to the outcome reports.
Accessing OBQI and OBQM Reports - using the CASPER Reporting System. This document provides information to obtain Case-Mix Reports, Adverse Event Reports, Patient Risk-adjusted and Descriptive Outcome Reports, and Patient Tally Reports. It also deals with: how to request a report, how to view a report online, and how to save and print a report.
