Any person who is employed as a dispensing optician and is in sympathy with the purposes and objectives of the Association shall be eligible for Individual Membership provided such person is not a proprietor, partner or officer of an optical dispensing firm or practice. Proprietors, partners and officers of Firm Members shall be eligible for Individual Membership. An Individual Member whose mailing address is in a state that has a State Society Member shall be represented by delegates from that State Society Member on the Delegate Assembly. An Individual Member whose mailing address is in a state that does not have a State Society Member shall be eligible to vote for the election of Individual Member at Large Delegates on the Delegate Assembly provided the state meets the requirements for representation |
