Beware of solicitation from unauthorized hotels and housing agencies.
Attendees and exhibitors may be subjected to inappropriate solicitation identifying themselves from hotels or third-party housing agencies not affiliated with 3PM.
Specifically, they will offer to make hotel reservations within the Associations room block on your behalf, and some will also misrepresent that they are calling from the Park Lane Hotel, NY.

3PM is not utilizing the services of any housing service for the 2016 Annual Conference.
Reservations for the 2016 Annual Conference should be made directly with the hotel, either by phone, identify yourself as an attendee of 3PM's 2016 Annual Conference to receive the discounted rate or via our web reservation system provided by 3PM.
If you provide your credit card information to any of these unauthorized vendors, your card may be charged but you may not have a reservation when you arrive at the hotel.
