Speaker Biography |
Harry Charles, Attorney at Law, has handled over 1200 tax cases, including two Tax Court trials, federal and state criminal tax cases, and litigation in United States District Court and the Court of Claims. He is a former Chair of the American Bar Association Employment Tax Committee and an adjunct professor in the Graduate Tax Program at Washington University Law School in Federal Tax Procedure (since 1992) and Tax Fraud Prosecutions (since 1997). He holds a CPA Certificate (MO 1986) and is a former state criminal prosecutor. | |
