Program Description

Special Needs Trusts (SNT's) are designed to meet the supplemental needs of disabled beneficiaries while maintaining eligibility for government benefit programs. There are a number of issues which arise on a regular basis concerning the administration of SNT's. However, with some creativity and planning, a SNT can help transform the life of a beneficiary. The purpose of this program is to highlight some of these issues and provide suggestions on how to resolve and manage them.
