AAA-CPA continuing education programs
are designed to meet the needs of Attorneys and CPAs and to qualify for
credit both as CPE and CLE. Of course, the decisions of various state
authorities determine the actual credit granted. There are no
prerequisites or advance preparation requirements for this course.
Accounting CPE/Legal CLE/MCLE
The American
Association of Attorney-CPAs is registered with the National
Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of
continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE
Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the
acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding
registered sponsors may be submitted to the National Registry of CPE
Sponsors at: www.learningmarket.org. A brochure with full details

programs meet the NASBA standards of 1 (50 minute) hour of
instruction. |

Biography

Kip Dellinger, CPA is a tax controversy
expert with broad expertise in the areas of CPA tax practice,
regulatory discipline, and malpractice matters. Mr. Dellinger
represents CMRK's clients in tax controversy matters, as well as estate
and trust tax services. He is an expert on conduct matters and
substantive technical issues. Kip has been engaged by Big Four CPA
firms on several tax shelter malpractice cases. Kip is the author of
the monthly "Practice & Policy" column for Tax Notes
magazine and the "Ethics" column for TAXES magazine on
conduct standards for tax professionals. Mr. Dellinger is
recognized for his work as past chair of AICPA's Tax Division Tax
Practice Responsibilities Committee (2008-2009). He has authored over
60 articles on tax practice technical and procedural topics for leading
publications. He is best known as the author of The Practice Guide to
Federal Tax Practice Standards for the CCH Tax Practice and Procedure
Library (CCH 2007). He also authored the Entertainment Industry
Creative Persons Tax Review for the CCH Client Relate/Pro FX software
product.
