Daniel B. Eagan
Managing Director and Head-Bernstein Wealth Management Group
Daniel B. Eagan is a Managing Director and was named Head of Bernstein Wealth Management Group in 2011. He is a member of the Private Client Investment Policy Group and specializes in working with foundations and endowments, high-net-worth individuals, and corporate entities. Eagan joined Bernstein in 2001 as a senior portfolio manager and assumed leadership of the firm's private client practice in the Northwest in 2003. From 1994 to 2001, he served as a senior portfolio manager and managing director at BlackRock and from 1986 to 1994, he worked in investment consulting, most recently with Mercer Investment Consulting. Eagan earned a BS in finance from the University of Illinois and an MBA with distinction from DePaul University. He is a frequent lecturer on investment management, charitable giving and asset-allocation topics, and has appeared on CNBC, Bloomberg TV and MSNBC and been quoted in The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times and USA Today.

CONTINUING EDUCATION INFORMATION
AAA-CPA continuing education programs are designed to meet the needs of Attorneys and CPAs and to qualify for credit both as CPE and CLE. Of course, the decisions of various state authorities determine the actual credit granted. There are no prerequisites or advance preparation requirements for this course.
Accounting CPE/Legal CLE/MCLE
The American Association of Attorney-CPAsis registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be submitted to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors through its website www.learningmarket.org. A brochure with full details of the program is available from the association at 888-288-9272. These programs meet the NASBA standards of 1 (50 minute) hour of instruction. If you require CLE in a state not mentioned, please call our national office and we will do our best to arrange for credit in your state. |
