Captive Life Insurance

Presenter: Domenick R. Lioce, Esq., CPA, Nason, Yeager, Gerson, White & Lioce, P.A.

How would your clients like to transfer assets out of their estate to a creditor-proof entity for which they retain control and get an income tax deduction with no effect on their gift tax exemption?  This program explores both the income and estate and gift tax benefits of Captive Insurance Companies, as well as the licensing and accounting operations required to qualify the Captive to meet IRS standards.  The presentation is designed to apply to small operating business as well as professional groups like physicians.
