Part One: Are procedures deterrents or barriers to Ingenuity: Will discuss the myriad of Patent Dispute Procedure and why Patent Registration and Disputes are so costly and act as a deterrent to ingenuity, which is contrary to policy under the US Constitution. Will discuss the essential rules and requirements on Patentable Subject Matter.
Part Two: Updates on Legislation: Will discuss how Obama recently signed a bill that revokes Tax Patents (Patents issued on Tax Strategfies). In depth analysis on the changes and how Patentable Subject Matter rules ever allowed this. What does it mean for the future.
