Implant clinicians are frequently confronted with selection algorithms to manage implant complications or failures.  This presentation will review the appropriate evidence-based algorithm to approach those clinical scenarios that often frustrate and confound clinicians in their daily implant dental practice.  We will review the current “state of the science” which supports the most appropriate methodology utilizing best practices.
