Description
This session will present a rationale as to why block allografts of vertebral origin are a better option than an autograft from the symphysis or ramus of the mandible. Also discussed will be a literature review and case documentations, including pre- and post-operative scans, intra-oral photography, and histologies. A discussion of incisions and flap designs will be provided using photos and animation, as well as prosthetics.

Learning Objectives: Upon completion of this course, participants should be able to:
1. Understand how and why block allografts of vertebral origin are best used for augmentation
