Learning to manipulate bone will result in improved esthetics, permit shorter treatment periods, and minimize bleeding during surgery. This program will consist of lecture and hands-on opportunities. We will present treatment plans for multiple cases and discuss how to manage and avoid implant problems.

1. How to expand thin ridges and place implants without grafting
2. How to “lay-out” and space implants to enhance healing
3. Placing multiple implants without the use of a power drill
