Dr. Recker will present the most common sense ways of avoiding legal issues in the practice of dentistry. And, if encountered, he will explain how to manage and control the direction and potential outcome of any legal adversity. Patient selection and patient management will be explored and discussed as the primary means of risk management in the dental office.
