Social media adoption among CPA firms is still fairly unsophisticated. While much has been discussed, many CPA firms still struggle to effectively implement the social media basics. In this session, we will share 2014 research on the state of the profession, as well as key opportunities where firms can improve. The survey, a collaboration among AAM, Inovautus and Social CPAs, reached nearly 400 participants representing accounting firms, state CPA societies or vendors/consultants to the profession.
