The New Jersey, Department of Health Vaccine and NJAAP will be hosting the New jersey Immunization Conference on November 30, 2016 at the Renaissance Woodbridge Hotel in Iselin, NJ.  Featured speakers include Retired Rear Admiral and Former Deputy Surgeon General, Dr. Boris Lushniak; Medical Director for the Center for Asian Health, Dr. Su Wang; and Pediatric Infectious Disease Specialist, Dr. Kristen Feemster. The New Jersey Department of Health Commissioner, Cathleen D. Bennett will provide the welcoming address. The conference will cover a range of topics including vaccine storage and handling, ethical issues surrounding vaccination requirements, prevention of perinatal hepatitis B, and effective strategies for promoting flu vaccination with hard-to-influence patients.
