Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations will be granted until March 22, 2024. Cancellations must be sent in writing to AAPAN via mail, fax or e-mail. A $100 charge will be subtracted from your refund to cover processing fees. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after March 23, 2024. Should the event get post-poned or cancelled all registrations will carry over to the new event.
