On February 16, the Financial Action Task Force (FATF) announced they had revised the International Standards on Combating Money Laundering and the Financing of Terrorism and Proliferation Recommendations to combat the global threat of money laundering, terrorist financing, and the financing of the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction. The Recommendations were updated to address areas such as corruption, proliferation finance, tax crimes and provide governments with stronger tools to take action against financial crime and protect the integrity of the international financial system. Let expert speakers provide an overview of the Revised Recommendations-the legal implications and the impact the proposed changes will have on your compliance program. Learn what measures need to be implemented to ensure compliance with the FATF changes.
