Life Cycle Cost Analysis for Concrete Pavements
Times Listed are Central Time Zone
PRESENTERS & TOPICS:
This webinar covers Life Cycle Cost Analysis (LCCA), an economic procedure used to compare competing pavement designs, over the analysis period, considering all significant costs expressed in equivalent present value dollars.
For the LCCA results to be meaningful and reliable, the engineering and economic inputs must reflect the most likely expenditures for each pavement alternative. Engineering determines the initial pavement designs and the rehabilitation strategies, while the economic aspects deal with the costs of each activity and accounts for the time value of money. This webinar will cover some best practices for developing the engineering and economic inputs.
PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT CREDIT
The American Concrete Pavement Association will award a certificate of completion that may be used for company credit and/or 1.5 professional development hours (PDHs). Participants interested in earning PDH’s are responsible for determining the applicability of any training programs toward licensing requirements in their respective state/province. This program is oriented toward jurisdictions that allow self-reporting for licensure purposes. Participants are strongly advised to check the applicability of this training along with other reporting requirements in advance of taking this course.
