The Basic Rental Management seminar is for individuals and dealerships that have limited experience with managing a rental fleet (less than 50 machines). The course materials and discussions will include the formation of a profitable rental fleet, guidelines for establishing rental rates and understanding of operational processes that directly impact profitability. In addition, we will review the required personnel that is needed to properly support a rental fleet along with job descriptions and candidate profiles
