Virtual Product Support Workshop
The workshop will meet 2/9, 2/11, 2/16, 2/18 from 10am – 1pm CT each day

Combining key information from both AEDF’s Basic Parts and Basic Service Management seminars, this dynamic course will provide parts and service managers with the information they need to excel in their own roles, and give them valuable insight into how to interact with the other key product support department in the dealership.
Attendees will learn the key interactions in these two departments and how they can help or hinder the other as they strive to serve the retail customer, whether it be internal or external. This unique format will allow attendees to hear firsthand from other managers in the seminar. Attendees will learn not only the basics of their position but receive some “cross training” that is essential to getting the job done right the first time.
This seminar is designed for newer parts and service managers or those looking to elevate and improve their skill set. Attendees will learn through an exciting mix of lecture and virtual peer-to-peer learning activities.
