Our room rate is $189.00 a single or double room. (Plus state and local taxes - approximately 15%) To make your reservation, call the number above and reference AIBD. The discounted room rate is availalbe three days before and three days after the event, based on availability.

A credit card may be given to guarantee guest room reservations. The credit card will not be charged until the guest checks out of the hotel. Attendees will be individually responsible for payment of their own room, tax and incidentals.

Cancellations are accepted, without penalty, up to 24 hours to the registered arrival date.

The hotel will advise each guest of early departure fees upon check-in.

The number of discounted rooms are limited. First come first served until the room block is full or June 24, 2013, whichever comes first.
