Welcome to the 2017 National Park Service Underground Railroad Conference Network to Freedom (NTF) program registration site. The Association for the Study of African American Life and History, Inc. (ASALH) is proud to partner with the National Park Service Network to Freedom to convene this conference. At this site you may register and submit payment (via credit card) for the Conference registration fees.  If you have never used our site to purchase or to register for an event, a login registration must be created to access the registration section. If you are a returning user, you may use your existing login. After registering you will be able to view your registration and receive automated confirmation of your registration. The cutoff for Regular Conference Registration is May 5. Late Conference Registration is May 6.

Thursday Evening Reception  $20 (included with full conference registrations)
Date/Time: Thur, May 18 (6:30 pm - 8:30 pm)  Location: HTUR
Description: Kick off the 2017 National Underground Railroad Conference at the Conference's Opening Reception. Mingle with other attendees during a night of socializing, food, and drink.
 
 Friday Banquet   $40   (included with full conference registrations)
Date/Time: Friday, May 19 (6:30 pm - 8:30 pm)  Location: HTUR Visitor Center
Description: Conference banquet will include a dinner accompanied by a musical performance by jazz musician Marcus Shelby.
Special Notes:
For Tours, Workshops, Opening Reception, Banquet Purchases Only:
If you only plan to purchase Tours, Opening Reception, and/or Banquet tickets, you must select the 'A la Carte Tours, Workshop, Reception, and Banquet Tickets' registration option prior to being able to purchase the tickets for these conference options.
Tours, workshops, and ala carte meal options will be available on the Session Events selection page as you proceed through the registration and checkout process. You may increase your event option quantity in the shopping cart if you would like to purchase multiple tickets.

Refund Policy:
Registration cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and received by ASALH no later than May 1, 2017 to receive a full registration refund. Cancellations will not be accepted via telephone. No refunds will be granted for cancellations received by ASALH after 5 p.m. on May 1, 2017.
To ensure proper processing, cancellations must be e-mailed to 
asalhfree1913@yahoo.com with the subject line "UGRR Registration Cancellation". For eligible cancellation requests, ASALH will issue refund checks within 90 days following the close of the conference.
 
Note: There is no difference between member and non-member categories below.
Early and Regular Registration (Reg.) are the same price.
Late Registration starts at 12:00 am EST on May 6, 2017.

Early registration ends on 4/12/2017.
Regular registration starts on 4/13/2017 and ends on 5/6/2017.
Late registration starts on 5/6/2017.
