In the implementation phase of the Troops to Energy Jobs Initiative, the company provides support for veterans for each step of the Veterans Roadmap, with the systems, structures, goals, and metrics in place, to ensure success of the Initiative.  This webinar will focus on the Implementation and Measurement Phases of Troops to Energy Jobs. We will focus on key support for veterans to explore energy careers, access education and training, prepare for the job market, and be successful while on the job.  We will show how to use data to measure the progress of the Initiative and how to implement the CEWD Workforce Metrics Scorecard and Military Dashboard. Promising practices will be highlighted from Troops to Energy Jobs pilot companies.
