Event Description

The Transformation of Pay Administration Initiative (TPA)

Key Findings and What Consultants Should Tell Their Clients

In February 2017, Goss Gilroy Inc. was hired to conduct a lessons learned study on the implementation of the TPA initiative (including the development of Phoenix and the movement of Compensation Advisors). Sandy Moir, Managing Partner at GGI and lead consultant for the study, will present the main findings including the resulting 17 lessons in six major areas. She will also offer her reflections on how she will apply the lessons in her consulting work now and in the future. Attendees will be encouraged to share their own impressions of the study findings and how they might influence their own work with clients.
