Anand Autar, Head of Portfolio Risk FI/FM Risk, Senior Credit Risk Officer, ING Bank N.V.
Anand started his career as a Corporate Banker with ING in 2000. He moved to the Group Credit Risk department in 2003 where he has held various roles ranging from being responsible for group credit risk policies to approving structured transactions. He has been involved in many strategic (restructuring) projects during the financial crisis such as the Greek Debt Restructuring program. He is currently responsible for managing ING’s investment risk in its fixed income portfolio. He is a member of ING’s Wholesale Bank Innovation Board and as a result has been involved in several innovation projects.
Anand holds a Masters in Business and Finance from the Vrije University in Amsterdam
Neil Dodgson, Global Head Risk & Compliance Analytics, IBM Watson Financial Services
Neil Dodgson is the European executive for Risk & Compliance. He holds a position on the board of Risk Analytics and is responsible for representing field strategy, innovation and solution requirements. In addition, he is a member of the Watson Financial Services leadership team and manages a team of 50 subject matter experts across all disciplines of risk management - Financial Risk, Balance Sheet Risk Management, Insurance, Asset Management. Operational Risk and GRC.
Dr. Dodgson holds a first class honors degree in applied mathematics and a Ph.D. in fluid mechanics from the University of Sheffield, United Kingdom.
Jeffrey Glibert, Managing Director, Promontory
At Promontory, Jeff advises clients on risk management issues, with a focus on issues related to credit and counterparty risk, enterprise risk, and regulatory risk. His work for financial institutions includes risk governance reviews, policy and procedure drafting, asset quality reviews, management information systems, and regulatory remediation.
Jeff has more than 45 years of risk management experience. Before joining Promontory in 2007, he was Managing Director and Global Head of Credit Risk Management for Lehman Brothers, responsible across all client segments for counterparty credit risk, including derivatives, foreign exchange, short-term financing, and the prime brokerage. He also served 27 years at Bankers Trust Co. and four years at Bank of America Corp.
Arijit Paul, Director and Risk Head of Data Science, Institutional Client Group, Citi
Arijit Paul is a Risk Director in Institutional Client Group at Citi. He is heading the development and application of Data Science, Machine Learning and AI concepts into Risk Management practices, with focus on insight generation and productivity improvement. Arijit has 15 years of experience in applying advanced analytics to manage portfolio risk and return in financial services, including, JP Morgan Chase, Barclays, HSBC and Capital One. He holds an undergraduate engineering degree from Indian Institute of Technology, graduate engineering degree from Virginia Tech and an MBA from Kellogg School of Management.
