Program Topic Building sustainable built environments is necessary if we are gonig to make monumental strides to reduce carbon footprint. This tour will demonstrate how the Bullitt Center is an agent of change and is intended to bring down barriers to building high performance buildings. Review of the Living Building Challenge and how the BC meets the rigorous performance based standard is the crux of the tour. Guests will tour the basement where they will see how the building takes care of its rain, grey and black water, then up to the third floor to view the building envelope, PV array and the constructed wetlands.
Registration Details Join us for the Electric League's Monthly Luncheon Meeting and Networking Event, Thursday, April 17, 2014. Check-in begins at 11:15am - boxed lunches will be provided. The tour will be from 12 - 1:00pm.
