Speaker Bios
David Landers is Manager of Business Energy Management at Puget Sound Energy where he leads a team of energy professionals in delivering PSE's commercial and industrial energy efficiency programs including custom grant funding, new construction incentives, building commissioning, Resource Conservation Management, and prescriptive rebates. David is a registered Professional Engineer, an AEE Certified Energy Manager, and has over 15 years of energy management experience.
Phoebe WarrenPhoebe Warren’s career spans over 25 years in energy efficiency for commercial and industrial buildings, as a writer, teacher, R&D engineer, facility engineer, consultant, and utility engineer. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University in mechanical engineering, and an inter-disciplinary MS from the University of Washington in social management of technology. At Seattle City Light she has supervised teams specializing in industrial conservation, new technologies, new construction, and commercial building retrofits. She is currently splitting her time between energy conservation in retrocommissioning and new construction.
Suzanne Frew joined Snohomish PUD in 2008 and is the Manager of Commercial, Industrial and Customer Renewables. Suzanne has over 20 years of experience in mechanical engineering, renewables and energy efficiency through out the west coast. Her experience includes marketing and managing energy efficiency and renewable programs, installing a fuel cell and Fortune 500 account management. Suzanne has an undergraduate degree from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo and an MBA from Seattle University. She is a registered engineer in WA and CA.Peter Meyer is the Commercial-Industrial Conservation Manager at Tacoma Power. He is a Certified Energy Manager with the Association of Energy Engineers. He is a former Board Member of the Northwest Energy Efficiency Alliance. He has worked on a variety of energy efficiency programs over the past 20 years.

Join us for the Electric League's Monthly Luncheon Meeting and Networking Event, Thursday, April 19, 2012, at the Puget Sound Energy Auditorium in the EST Building, 355 110th Avenue NE, Bellevue, 98004. Check-in begins at 11:30 with buffet beginning at 11:45, followed by announcements and speakers. The meeting adjourns at approximately 1:00pm.
