A brief overview of Seattle energy code as it pertains to electrical power distribution and disaggregation of load types. Different meter types: Single point, multi-point and branch circuit meters; when/where to apply. New CT technologies including the difference between 5A, low voltage, and rope CT’s. Network integration methods for getting information back to a BAS or developing a standalone system. Lessons learned and best practices from installations.
Speaker Bio
Alexei Holstein is the Senior Applications Engineer for Veris Industries. With a degree in Industrial Engineering from Oregon State University he has 9 years of experience in the energy management industry. His involvement ranges from manufacturing, design, project management, to system application and specification. Alexei is located in Portland Oregon currently serving on the board of AEE Columbia River Chapter as well as an active board member of ASHRAE and CSI.
