Annual Conference Members of this committee have an active role in shaping the 2024 Annual Conference in Indianapolis, IN! From planning networking activities, to developing breakout sessions, and working with speakers, the members of this committee are an important part of a successful conference. To assist in the planning of the Annual Conference, please contact Committee Chair, Dominique Bonds, Philadelphia Convention Center Continuing Education This committee works on the broader-based issues of educational programming within ESPA and is not directly involved in the specifics of the Annual Conference. ESPA presents 10 educational webinars a year, each focused on a different area of event services. Committee Chair: Molly Self, CMP, Arlington CVB Leadership ESPA’s leadership program is for members at the associate director level and higher, and is a forum for leaders in the service field to collaborate, share best practices and talk through challenges and solutions. The committee will work to develop programs for ESPA's leader-level members throughout the year such as peer to peer calls and webinars, as well as a track at the 2024 Annual Conference in Indianapolis, IN.
