A discussion will follow of topics relating to each Bureau and Division’s processing of assignment and transfer of control applications, including policies regarding the content of such applications, the impact of license renewals in transactions, multiple ownership matters, and consummation considerations. The discussion will incorporate questions and comments from attendees.
