The seminar will focus on the six principal provisions of the 1992 Act: Rate Regulation, Retransmission Consent, Must Carry, Program Access, Program Carriage, and Franchising. Speakers will give an overview of the above-listed subjects and provide an assessment of whether the 1992 Act, in retrospect, achieved its objectives.
