FCC Enforcement Committee Brown Bag Lunch

Topic: The FCBA Enforcement Committee invites you to attend a brown bag lunch and discussion about the FCC’s planned Fraud Division in the Enforcement Bureau.  On February 4, 2019, the FCC announced the formation of this division, which consists of existing employees and is “dedicated to taking enforcement actions against fraud in the USF and other funding programs that the Commission oversees.”  Speakers will discuss the structure and mission of this Division as it moves forward from its current iteration as the Universal Service Fund Strike Force to become the Fraud Division.
