Event Description

The FCBA FCC Enforcement Committee will hold a CLE on Wednesday, April 20, 2011 from 6:00 – 8:15 p.m. on FCC Enforcement Bureau Case Studies: The Past is Prologue.  There will be two panels – the first on Media Case Studies and the second on Telecom Case Studies.  This CLE will be held at Wiley Rein LLP, 1776 K Street, NW.

6:05 – 7:05 p.m.         Topic I: Media Case Studies

From the initial letter of inquiry to a consent decree or federal court, plus all the steps in between, this panel will illuminate the enforcement process through case studies involving issues ranging from indecency to noncommercial station underwriting.
