At the end of this activity attendees will be able to:

Discuss changes in the federal regulations regarding emergency preparedness and how they impact home health and hospice agencies

Identify the four areas of the CMS Regulation on Emergency Preparedness and how they relate to home health and hospice agencies

Discuss the At-Risk Registry and the benefits of utilizing
LMHPCO/HCLA Members Non-LMHPCO/HCLA Members (may attend subject to space availability)

Target Audience: Home Care and Hospice Clinical Managers, QAPI Coordinators, RN, SW, Chaplains and other end-of-life/palliative care/home health care professionals involved in Emergency Preparedness.
Refunds will not be issued as non- member attendees will pay at the door.

CE Credit: LMHPCO is an approved provider of continuing nursing education by the LSBN (Provider # 46). Approved for 1 hour nursing continuing education.
LMHPCO (SWB 12003) is approved as a provider of continuing education by the Mississippi Board of Examiners for Social Workers and Marriage and Family Therapists: Approval Period: 5/1/2017. Social workers will receive 1 hour General continuing education clock hour in participating in this course.
