Your home health agency was  expected to be in compliance with the new CoPs effective January 13, 2018. There are no more delays, no grace period. You will be expected to have implemented action plans to be in compliance with Control, Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement, Emergency Preparedness; and Patient Rights and other Conditions with multiple revised standards.

This one-day interactive program has been totally revamped and is based on CMS'  released "draft" Interpretive Guidelines, as well as the instructors'  mock survey experience and knowledge of previously published guidance to surveyors.  This is  an interactive workshop with ideas to be shared by participants.

Participants should come prepared to learn new ideas and share existing ones.  A copy of the Final Rules can be found at https://www.federalregister.gov/documents/2017/01/13/2017-00283/medicare-and-medicaid-program-conditions-of-participation-for-home-health-agencies The Interpretive Guidelines are at http://report.nahc.org/wp-content/uploads/2017/10/3819-F-HomeHealthAgency-CoPs_IGs.pdf.  We encourage participants to bring a copy of the Final Rule or Interpretive Guidelines with them to training.
