Beware of solicitation from unauthorized hotels and housing agencies.

Attendees and exhibitors may be subjected to inappropriate solicitation identifying themselves from hotels or third-party housing agencies not affiliated with HMMC.
Specifically, they will offer to make hotel reservations within the Associations room block on your behalf, and some will also misrepresent that they are calling from the Omni Chicago Hotel.

HMMC is not utilizing the services of any housing service for the 2016 Fall Conference.

Reservations for the 2016 Fall Conference should be made directly with the hotel, either by phone, identify yourself as an attendee of HMMC's Fall Conference to receive the discounted rate or via our web reservation system provided by HMMC.
If you provide your credit card information to any of these unauthorized vendors, your card may be charged but you may not have a reservation when you arrive at the hotel.

30 DAYS PRIOR TO THE MEETING – 100% REFUND
14 DAYS PRIOR TO THE MEETING – 50% REFUND

ANY CANCELLATIONS RECEIVED AFTER 14 DAYS PRIOR TO THE MEETING WILL RECEIVE NO REFUND.
A $25.00 processing fee will be assessed on all cancellations.
