Welcome to the 2016 Annual Conference – your prime time to connect with school business officials. The Conference presents a unique and targeted audience you will not find elsewhere.

The Annual Conference Exhibit Hall presents the opportunity to showcase what you do – but your experience does not begin and end there.

The X Game
The submission deadline for the 2016 X Game was on March 18, 2016. We are no longer accepting any additional participants.

Registration Information

Registration is limited to Service Associate members only. These exhibiting members may bring a non member to assist them in the booth at an additional fee.
 
Registration Fees
Exhibitor registration includes registration for one member to attend the full Conference (Wednesday and Thursday) and the following: carpet, 8' table, 2 chairs, waste basket & signage.
 
Exhibitor and Super Premium Booth Registration - $1,590.00*
Exhibitor and Premium Booth Registration - $1,540.00*
Exhibitor and Regular Booth Registration - $1,490.00*
*Fee is determined by location of booth - View the Exhibit Hall Map to determine correct pricing.
 
Additional member assisting in the booth - $425.00
Additional nonmember assisting in the booth - $575.00

One Day Registration Fees
Additional member assisting in the booth (one day only) - $235.00
Additional nonmember assisting in the booth (one day only) - $295.00

Wednesday's boxed lunch and Friday's breakfast are available at an additional fee.
 
Be sure to register early as these fees increase by $40.00 on April 22, 2016.
