Northern Illinois University (NIU) Partnership Program Northern Illinois University (NIU) and the Illinois Association of School Business Officials (Illinois ASBO) have entered into a partnership agreement to deliver three different, but interrelated, types of programs. All lead to the attainment of a Professional Educator License with a Chief School Business Official Endorsement: Master of Science in Education in School Business Management This 39 semester-hour program is intended to prepare persons to serve as school business managers. Non-Degree Chief Business Official (CSBO) Endorsement Program A 33-semester-hour program for students already possessing a Master’s Degree. Program Costs and Payment Information Course Offerings and Sequencing This unique program of study allows students to benefit from both NIU and Illinois ASBO have to offer through student membership.
