Amy brings nearly 20 years of industrial analytical chemistry experience to her role of Senior Chemist and Water Treatment Specialist with Elemental Solutions. Her focus with Elemental Solutions is to provide safer, cost-effective, and more sustainable water treatment programs for HVAC systems to educational facilities. Amy received a B.S. in chemistry from Illinois State University and holds a Master of Science in organic chemistry from The University of Illinois at Chicago.

Michael specializes in sustainable design, master planning, and project leadership for PK-12 education facilities and is a nationally recognized speaker on healthy and energy-efficient school design. Michael attained his Master Degree in Architecture from the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign in 1993, and currently chairs the USGBC Illinois Green School Committee - a volunteer organization which advocates for green schools.

Terry works for International Contractors, Inc. in Elmhurst, Illinois as Director of K-12 and has over 25 years of K-12 school construction experience.  He has managed or supervised over $800M in total construction volume. His prime area of expertise is in contracts and project pre-construction planning. Terry is also a School Board Member in Naperville CUSD 203 where he is currently serving as Vice President.

Scott has been in facilities management of educational institutions for 32 years. Facilities have included high school, college and now the Director of Facilities for Lincolnshire Prairie View Scholl District 103. In addition, Scott has served on the Board for the Illinois Spots Turf Managers since 1989 and was a two term President. Currently, Scott is serving as Vice-Chair of IASBO's Planning and Construction PDC.
