Learning from Lincoln: Leadership Practices of School Success - AAC #1098

Offered each year in conjunction with the IASA/IASB/Illinois ASBO Joint Annual Conference

Participants in this course will explore how Lincoln's leadership practices and behaviors provide compelling guidance for today's challenges of accountability, diversity, political conflict, team building, climate and economic hardship. Ten leadership qualities linked to leading others and school success will be highlighted. Participants will leave the session with a repertoire of strategies and insights that they can apply immediately in their own workplace contexts.

Leading Yourself, Leading Others and Leading Your Boss - AAC #TBD

This course is designed to develop and provide insight to administrators’ behavioral leadership skills through analysis and assessment of what relational skills are needed to lead yourself, to lead others and to lead your boss. 
 
Participants will understand and be able to identify how well they lead themselves from a social, emotional, physical and spiritual perspective and create an action plan for improved leadership of self.
