Introduction to Workforce Planning & Analytics
Workforce planning and analytics go hand in hand. Together they tell “what” is happening with human capital and aid in the discovery process of “why,” then help turn that information around to prepare for the future.
In this session, attendees will review a case study; walking through an organization’s data to determine what problems they’re facing and why—then making a hypothesis to plan for the future. Via this scenario, attendees will learn of new ways to analyze their organization’s talent via workforce planning and analytics. Additionally, presenters will share a methodology for determining which key metrics you should be focused on to make the most of HR technology efforts.
