Implementations are a large organizational investment. Timelines, resources, and funding can all impact the success of a project and dictate what the user experience is post go-live. This session highlights several key items that are often overlooked that need to be woven into the project plan for an enhanced employee experience.

Three key learning objectives:  

1. Realize there are overlooked processes and system attributes that can negatively impact the employee experience.

2. Understand the impact of the lack of awareness.

3. Have a high level plan of how to address this and improve the employee experience.
