Start by selecting Log In.
* Your user ID is your email address.
*  If you don't remember your password, select Forgot Password? on log-in page.

Next click Online Store button on the left.
* Select 2020 MMEA Midwinter Clinic
* Click next, then your registration fee.  (The default preview fee is for non-members. You can select the member rate after selecting the event.)
* Continue with your registration
