Event Description Post Partum Group: Balance after Baby - Winter 2015
For moms with babies up to 1 year old In this group we will:
· share and discuss the highs and lows of parenting
a young baby;
· learn skills for stress and anxiety reduction;
· learn how to access community resources and gain
support from each other and a professional facilitator. Participants meet for 90-minute weekly sessions. Babies are always welcome!
Group sizes are limited; pre-registration is required.
8 Wednesday Morning Sessions: March 25, April 1, 8, 15, 22, 29, May 6 &13 Time: 10:30 am - 12:00 pm
