have a plan of action for transfer of records for emergencies? Do you have a
Custodian of Records? This workshop
includes a brief review of the ethics plus a comprehensive guide, (which is included),
to all of the information you will need to develop a complete plan of action
for the transfer of records. The
workshop agenda includes time for questions and discussion. Berna G. Haberman, Ph.D., LMHC, LMFT, CCMHC,
ACS, has been in private practice for over thirty years. She is the founder and first president of the
MaMHCA, Massachusetts Mental Health Counselors Association. Berna has served on the Board of Directors of
AMHCA and on the AMHCA Ethics Committee and was on the first Board of
Registration for Mental Health Professionals in Massachusetts. She developed and taught the first courses in
Ethics and Professional Orientation for Counselors at Framingham State
University. Berna continues to take an
