VECC is looking for an experienced customer care professional to handle client check-ins and reception at our Newington, NH location across from the Fox Run Mall. Individual should have veterinary experience and the ability to triage patients that come in if needed. The selected individual will be calm under pressure and willing and able to handle issues that come with the business of critical care and ER, such as severely wounded animals and worried clients with questions and concerns. This is a Part-time position with a possibility to turn into a full-time offer. Candidates who are interested in joining our exciting team should enjoy multitasking. This is a fantastic and rewarding position for the right individual who enjoys a fast paced environment. We are looking for a team member who can think on their feet and assist our doctors and techs by being in control of the front office. Client Service Representative:
The Cumberland Animal Clinic is seeking a highly motivated, part time to full time, experienced Client Service Representative to add to our team. The CSR is an integral part of the day to day operations of the clinic. They are responsible for greeting clients; differentiating routine cases from emergency cases; scheduling appointments; entering client, patient, and financial data into the computer; generating invoices and explaining them to clients; processing payments; and managing the retrieval and storage of medical records.
It is extremely important that the ideal candidate possess experience as a receptionist in a fast paced environment and experience in the animal healthcare field. It will be vital for this candidate to have great computer skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel. The perfect candidate for this position will have an upbeat and happy personality, have good general knowledge about veterinary medicine, will be excited to learn more, will be flexible, and possess great multi-tasking, phone and people skills. The candidate will have the ability to lift 40lbs. The position requires patience and a pleasant manner.
This will be a part time to possibly full time position. The clinic is open from 8am to 6pm Monday through Friday and 8am to 1pm on Saturdayâ€™s. Successful candidate will be able to work during those hours. Salary is commensurate with abilities.
