Methuen REALTOR® Kathryn Early Selected as a “30 Under 30” Rising Star in the Real Estate Industry

(MERRIMACK & NASHOBA VALLEYS) — The Northeast Association of REALTORS® (NEAR) reported today that Kathryn Early of Coco, Early & Associates in Methuen was selected as one of the nationwide 30 under 30 class of 2014 by REALTOR® Magazine.  Each June, REALTOR® Magazine features 30 rising young stars in the real estate industry, and every year hundreds of real estate practitioners apply to be one of the 30 honorees.  The 2014 REALTORS® 30 under 30 was announced today by REALTOR® Magazine, and Early will be featured in the May/June issue.

In her application for this distinction, Early described the focus and perspective that drives her business each day, saying “Never one to back down from a challenge or a tough start, I dug my heels in and tried to learn whatever I could to help me be successful in real estate. I make a concerted effort to learn about the day-to-day responsibilities of people working in other industries. I do this with the hope that I will extract a lesson that will help me in my real estate business. I learn from the best, always listen, and have found that hard work pays off.” 

NEAR President Joseph Farragher said, “We are all very proud of Kathryn and her accomplishments.  As the announcement pointed out, she is a top producer, but what those of us in the local real estate community know as well is that she is a true professional, having recently completed the REALTOR® Professional Standards training and being appointed to NEAR’s Professional Standards Committee.  She also has served for several years as a member of the NEAR Young Professionals Network Committee.  We congratulate Kathryn and thank her for representing NEAR and the Merrimack Valley with this national distinction.”
